When ripping a Bluray with MKV how are you compressing mixed up playlists with something like handbrake or wondershare video converter? I put all the files in order, converted with Wondershare Video Converter to MKV, H264, 1920x1080, 30 fps, 6000 kbps, Profile Auto, Level Auto, Encoder Ac-3, 6 Channel Audio, 48000 Hz sample rate, 256K bit rate.

The audio is off by a second or two. Anyone know what is causing this?

There are 181 chapter files when ripping Rogue One. Does anyone know of a segment map for it? I believe it's 00800 - 00839. The files are scrambled.
