Yep, there's nothing in the data directory C:\Users\Dave\.MakeMKV as far as xml files. And yes, I've been re-modifying the default.mmcp.xml each time I do an upgrade, which is a pain but it was working for me without too much trouble. When I did the install of 1.12.0, it did the uninstall like normal, then did the install and all seemed to go well.
