Is there any possible to make 3D MKV files using side by side or over under mode vs MVC mode? The only reason I ask is because I'm trying to make 3D mp4's to be played on my Apple TV's and Handbrake can't do the conversion of MVC MKV's. It produces a nice 2D mp4. Or is here an option I haven't come...

The MVC 3D capable Mede3er devices reportedly can play MakeMKV's MVC-in-MKV and output 3D to a compatible TV. The latest Popcorn Hour (A-400) can also play it, but only only outputs 2D to the TV for now. I currently have a Mede8er MED600-X3D and that handles MVC MKV (as does the larger MED1100-X3D)...
