I am using handbrake+foobar2000+(sometimes)eac3to+mkvmergegui. I encode the video with handbrake (1920x1080, high profile x264, constant quality = 19). Depending on the source, CQ=19 can be overkill, but that way I cannot see the difference between the encoded file and the source. But that's me... W...
