I have a BU40N on hand but i cannot find any kind of adapter

looking for a 12.7mm optical drive for my dell poweredge 530, all i can find is panasonic but unsure it they will work with libredrive

Do you/we have any idea why they're doing this? Is it better to just watch in HDR instead of DV for movies with FEL expansion if a FEL compatible player isn't an option? Would it be possible to re-write the L1/L2 metadata so it's corrected/"unexpanded"? 4 options: 1- just watch in HDR10 2...

Many thanks for that....what media player does the Vero4k use? I take it playback is smooth etc....see for me the real issue is the subtitles else Im more than happy with the LG OS playback. I was looking at the Dune box but again that seems pretty steep. I know I'm bit late to participate in this ...

So much info in the thread, so what i gather is by converting a DV mkv with FEL to profile 8.1 we loose FEL?

So it’s the same a playing a DV MKV on a zidoo or dune? FEL is discarded and only the rpu is used?
