Request for logging options

Hi Mike,
In doing some recent troubleshooting, I've noticed that the MakeMKV log wipes itself any time the program is closed and is restarted, OR when my computer finishes a rip, goes to sleep due to lack of activity, and wakes up (which apparently results in MakeMKV rescanning the drives as if it had restarted).
Sometimes I've wanted to look at a log only to find it's gone due to either of the above scenarios. Could you perhaps add in a feature where the log just is constantly appended without wiping itself? Or, creating new numbered or named log files each time rather than wiping?
The behavior it does now is probably fine default behavior but for those enthusiasts like me, some way to make the data more persistent would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
