Not really sure what you mean by "the effect". The effect is that you get what you select.

The first picture has two audio tracks selected; on is the "complete" TrueHD track, the second is the "core" Dolby Digital track that the TrueHD track is created from.

The second picture has no title selected, so nothing would be ripped.

The third has just the "core" Dolby Digital track selected, so only that track would be in the MKV file.

The last has just the TrueHD track selected, so you would not get the more compatible DD track separated out.

The first picture has two audio tracks selected; on is the "complete" TrueHD track, the second is the "core" Dolby Digital track that the TrueHD track is created from. (Based on below responses it sounds like I should pick both for compatibility and possibly even throw in the DD Stereo tracks.)

The second picture has no title selected, so nothing would be ripped. (So I don't have to worry about deselecting everything below a title to stop it from going to the mkv, just deselect the title. Got it.)

The third has just the "core" Dolby Digital track selected, so only that track would be in the MKV file. (So it least in this case, not selecting higher selection in the nest, does not preclude the lower selection from being copied, as is the case with Title.)

The last has just the TrueHD track selected, so you would not get the more compatible DD track separated out. (This would be bad for compatibility, cool.)
