SG Universe S1 1 Episode out of 3 is corrupt

I know typically when posting something I should submit a log file, however I cannot because the log file isn't finished because the program locks up. I am trying to rip Stargate Universe S1 and I am only having trouble with 1 episode off of 1 disc. In the scroll down box I am seeing this:

The Source file '/BDMV/STREAM/00801.m2ts' is corrupt or invalid at offset 4374343680, attempting to work around DEBUG: Code 0 at e?((nCT78];ss@@az/3A(:213131341

I am able to watch the episode on multiple blu rays and even ripped it with a trial version of bytecopy. Is there something else I can do to get this single episode?

Likely a dirty disk; once it finishes, clean it with a damp, soft cloth and try again.

I tried cleaning it several times, but it doesn't work. It still locks up the program.

If it "locks up" the program, there should be entries in the system log about the lock-up.

When I try to open the log it won't open because I had to end the task. So I don't get anything from there but I'll try it again once I get home

The system logs (like Windows Event Viewer - you haven't mentioned what operating system you're using) persist until you delete them, regardless of what programs are running.

MakeMKV debug logs are over-written each time you start the program, so you have to copy them to a different name after you close, but before you restart, MakeMKV, if you want to save them.

Maybe someone who has already ripped this series can say if they had the same problem. My copy of Stargate Universe is on DVD, not BD.

I am using Windows 10, sorry. So I'm looking through Event Viewer and I don't see anything about makemkv. I checked windows logs from applications, security, and system but nothing talks about makemkv. The only things that occur during the time of the last failed attempt was: UPdated Windows Defender status successfully to SECURITY_PRODUCT_STATE_ON, Windows Security auditing, Time-Service, and Kernel-General. I looked through each one but none made reference to makemkv.

Edit: I uninstalled and reinstalled and attached is the makeMKV log file.

Edit 2: Apparently I can't attach files so I'll just copy and paste it here:
