My uhd would not copy to mkv, but I did manage to make a decrypted iso of 40.5gb When putting the iso into make mkv, I get a total gb divided among 8 titles in the top box, but in the bottom box I get the following:

I also have the blu ray bdmv, cert, and makemkv folders. Can some one tell me how to convert one of these into a lossless mkv file?
Thanks for any help.

Based just on what you posted, if you click the "MakeMKV", you'll end up with 8 MKV files, one of which will be a 29GB copy of the movie.

Did you get a different result?

Ok, managed to make the eight files, then merged with toolnix, but instead of dolby atmos the sound files read 5 streams of ac-3 in media info. I have never seen atmos to show up like this. (By the way, have patience, I am a 72 year old lady who takes up weird hobbies!!)

You don't need to merge the 8 files. Each file is a separate "title" on the disc. Some might be special features, trailers, etc. In this case, only the largest one is the main movie.

Once you've opened the disc with MakeMKV and you're seeing the list of titles to select which ones you want to rip (your screenshot above), click the arrow beside each title and you will see the audio tracks available for that title. You can select or deselect the ones you want or don't want.
