MKV files playing in VLC

Hi all, newbie here. During a practice run, I was able to copy the main title which had the largest amount of Gb and it played in VLC. My question is if I copied the entire Blu-ray Disc would the other titles (such as trailers, the making of the movie, and other extras, etc.) play in VLC as well?
