Win10 22H2, build 19045.2965

A while back, I upgraded to version 1.17.4 and started getting the message above when I open the app. It continues with 1.17.5. Not sure exactly what changed when, as it has been a while since I last successfully ran the app and Microsoft has forced several updates on me since then. The Device Arbiter service is running, but nothing else. What should I look at?

I don't use a Windows PC, so I'm just speculating. But it might be the Windows Ransomware Protection that's blocking MakeMKV from running.
