How to create a MKV from a plain disccopy of a 4K UHD disc?

Hi guys

Sometimes then you download a 4 K movie from the internet through a torrent you discover that you did not receive a MKV file but a directory containing 3 directories:

"BDMV" containing seems to contain the movie with "Backup-BDJO-CLIPINF-JAR-META-PLAYLIST-STREAM" directories and a Index -
and a movieobject file.
"Certificate" containing 2 files named "app.discroot" and "Id" and a folder with a backup off the 2 files
"MakeMKV" containing 2 maps "CMAP" - "AACS" - and a dat file named "discattd"

How do I turn such a downloaded movie into a MKV file?
I hope some of you know how to.

Why not ask the people who stole the files in the first place?

I tried to find them but ended up at a chinese web side demanding a login and no possibility for registration with no possibility to create one.
My Guess is somebody with access transfered the files to a more open torrent site.
I just hoped someone would say "oh I seen this type of files - just do like this".
