subtitles list problem

Hi mike , congratulations , wonderful program ...
I was wondering about the subtitles list ... I have a TORA TORA TORA (pearl harbor) european im my HD and I am trying make a MKV only with the main title ... Ok , so far so good , no problem
but the BR have 6 or 5 avalaible subtitles and makemkv only find 3 ...
can you help me ou tip me something
