List Title [CST]INFO Messages When Stream Starts

Developers,
Would it be possible to have a command line switch which could list the CINFO, SINFO and TINFO like the info switch command does when starting a stream? I would like to avoid the two scan process that needs to happen currently. The first scan to get the details and the second to launch the stream.
Please let me know your thoughts!
