Brand new to this hobby, im trying to rip some discs for the first time tonight. Iv'e been successful with a few blurays but the 4K's arent working. Im using an LG WH14NS40 and used the flasher tool to bring the drive back down to the 1.02 firmware. Any advice would be appreciated.

You are absolutely right, I thought I attached a SS of the issue in my original post.
However, I have figured out my issue. The download of decrypt keys was getting blocked as its coming from Russia, and I had all traffic blocked by geolocation. So, opening it up let it download and I was able to rip 4k discs.
