WH14NS40 died, thoughts on new drive?

Post by AquaMage »

So I bought a WH14NS40 back in Aug 23. Flashed it, and it was working great. All of a sudden, it is no longer recognizing Blu-ray discs. I've ripped around 100 discs.

Any advice on a new drive that won't die after 8 months? Or was I just really unlucky?

I'm not surprised it only lasted that long. LG's QC isn't what it used to be.... Try a Pioneer.
Cheers :D
