1.10.2 - automatic destination naming is broken.

I think, with this release, the automatic destination (output) folder naming is broken. At least, under Debian it seems to be.

Going to Preferences / Video / Default Destination and selecting None, Auto, SemiAuto or Custom then Apply / OK, does not seem to make a difference. The path presented after parsing a disk for titles always matches the last path a disk was saved to.

With previous releases, the path would be composed of a root folder and the disk title.
