I've been a long-time and very satisfied user, and I just completed installation of the 1.10.5 update. Before this, the resolution on our 4K monitor was quite acceptable, but with this build the text is nearly microscopic. I read that support for HiDPI was added sometime during the 1.8.1 build, and it certainly seemed to be working well with 1.10.4.

Has anyone else seen this? Is there some setting that I am overlooking?

Am I the only one having this problem?

I just updated my machine with the 2160p monitor to 1.10.5, and MakeMKV's appearance is identical to what it was with 1.10.4. The text is just as readable on the 3840x2160 as it is on the 2048x1152, but my 2160 monitors are all bigger than 39".

I have my text size set to 100% on 96dpi, if that makes a difference.
