i'm seeing what i think is a registration bug in linux... I downloaded the new version of MakeMKV and replaced the old one but it looks like the program is confused. The attached image essentially shows "This Version Expires in 51 days", but the evaluation period says ended. Frankly, I'd buy the program if i wasn't so worried about giving avangate my info, it's prob unfounded, but i'd rather not chance it after reading complaints about them.

well i feel dumb, how come i never needed to enter the beta key before? I've had makemkv for at least 4 months
