I am looking to get rid of my hd dvd player and collection, but i would prefer to not have to buy the movies all over again. I cant seem to get my computer to rip them anymore. I started converting a while back with no issues, but recently i get nothing but errors. Any help would be appreciated!

I had the same issue. Couldn't even get to the ripping stage on an HDDVD. Downloaded an older copy (1.9.9) and it works now.

Thanks for this! Fixed my issue with Aeon Flux, and probably the other HD-DVDs that failed when using BatchMKV.

I have a question.

I'm having issues ripping on a mac. In the past it worked fine, but now it's not working when processing (actually stops and time remaining just builds).

So it did used to work, so is this a version issue?

I'm happy to purchase MakeMKV, but am curious to know if the license key will unlock older versions for me to test out? Currently I can't test an older version as mentioned as it is either asking for a registration code or telling me to get the new version.

Thoughts? Advice?

ps the mac is now running 10.11 and has the DASPI 1.5 running fine.

I had the same problem with 1.10.4 (time building up but nothing happening)
Testing with 1.9.9 (as recommended in this thread) did work but with microfreezers in the DD+ audio.
Then tried 1.10.0 and everything works fine

So the faulty behavior was introduced with 1.10.1

And the key obtained here works well with the older versions too.
