Happily Ever After

I've got a DVD of Happily Ever After. For some reason the first 9 minutes(the entire first chapter) of the film aren't riped with the main title. This all the log file shows:

Any idea why the full film will not rip. I tried ripping all the titles but the begining of the film isn't on any of them.

I'd suggest sending the information asked for in the FAQ in my signature to support@makemkv.com , in case there is more than one title that seems like the main feature.

Does what i posted look like full log file? I was expecting the file to be much bigger.

Log files are not necessarily large, when everything goes as expected. But what is saved to disk is usually larger than what is shown on the screen.

In your case, the "full log" would be found at C:\Users\Andrew/MakeMKV_log.txt, so log as you fetch it right after exiting MakeMKV. Each time MakeMKV starts, it erases the old log.
