DVD Rip Fails

This disc fails to open. Does anyone have any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?

FYI, Handbrake sees no valid source for this disc.

We're going to have to wait for Mike to decode the debug strings, but I'd recommend following the procedure listed in the FAQ in my signature. Sending the files requested to support@makemkv.com is the fastest way to have Mike look them over.
