2 Titles instead of 3

Hello, first time poster here, and usually I'm able to figure anything out just from reading other forum posts, but I haven't found the right information yet.
I'm trying to save the MKV files for Disc 2 of Home Fires Season 2. This disc has 3 episodes on it, but when I open the disc, only titles 3 and 26 show up. In the logs, it looks like it finds other titles like 28, 31, or 33, but then possible doesn't display them because they have the same length as the other two? It also doesn't throw a read error like it does when I've tried to read from a scratched or dirty disc in the past, so it didn't seem like that was the issue. Am I understanding this right, and is there some way to just have every single title show up? Anything else I should try? Thanks in advance for the help.

Here is what shows up in the console:

Based on what I see in the log, MakeMKV detected 10 episode-length titles, with different numbers of cells, half of them "5 cell(s), 0:47:09" and half "6 cell(s), 0:47:26". This would be consistent with have an "optional" 15-second intro to the episodes, selectable from the menu, but really just a different entry point into the title. But that's even more titles than you say it's displaying...

None of them (according to the log) were skipped.

MakeMKV usually won't skip over a title unless it is shorter than the minimum, or it exactly matches the cells in a previously-found title. These do not appear to.

I'd suggest following the steps outlined in the FAQ link in my signature, and send the requested information to Mike for review.
