Calculated BUP offset for VTS Seinfeld Season 7

Hi,
Seinfeld Season 7 is reporting incorrect BUP offsets and the MKV files generated are the "wrong" length according to VLC and Kodi (eg episode 1 opens as 22:45 but rips as 22:39)
I can only assume MakeMKV is working correctly and Kodi is reading the inconsistent IFO file? There were also some DEBUG: Code 2 messages on the log.
Anyone had any experience with something similar happening? I have ripped a fair number of disks, first time something like this has come up.
Any help is appreciated!
