Trying to rip the first Trinity Blood disk, I got this error. What can I do about it?
MakeMKV v1.12.0 win(x64-release) started
Debug logging enabled, log will be saved as C:\Users\Brian/MakeMKV_log.txt
Using direct disc access mode
Title #1 has length of 22 seconds which is less than minimum title length of 60 seconds and was therefore skipped
Title #3 was added (1 cell(s), 0:01:01)
Cells 44-end were skipped due to cell commands (structure protection?)
Title #11 was added (43 cell(s), 2:22:09)
Operation successfully completed

This set hasn't changed since I bought and ripped it in 2014, so the error is probably down to the individual disk, or maybe something in MakeMKV.

The version in the original post (1.12.0) in February was replaced due to a bug, and some of us are suspicious that 1.12.3 introduced a navigation bug or two.

What version did you use to attempt to rip this disk, Nazgvl? Was the debug EXACTLY as shown in the parent message?

AV sync messages aren't killers, they're informational in nature. Commonly find them when titles are constructed out of multiple video segments.

Make sure debug logging is turned on, and try it again; Nothing in the segment you posted says WHY the save failed. It could be "out of space on destination", a read error, or something not being interpreted correctly.

Yeah, the disc in question (disk 1) has all 6 episodes as one file, with no other options in makemkv.

Turned on debug, and updated to 1.12.3, hoping that might make a difference, and nope.

Here is the error text with debug on. Its pretty much the exact error the OP had.

Without going through a lot of boxes to find my set, we're going to have to wait for Mike to check in and convert the debug code into something useful. Given the time of month (waiting on a new beta key) it should be soon, but you could send an email to support@makemkv.com with a link to this topic, to get his attention sooner.

In case anyone else has issues with this disk in the future:

I had the same issue and was able to work around it. I used manual mode (viewtopic.php?f=1&t=21962&p=89032#p88360) to cut off the last cell from the title. The title selection string was "11:@1-@42". The only content that appears to be lost in doing so is Funimation's DVD credits card.
