m.a.s.k. complete series by shout factory dvds

hey started ripping and it keeps saying wrong region? its shout so confused and its the us edtion definetly. however im not sure if its a disk or software and where to start trouble shooting. thughts

Which drive type did your Mac complain about this on? Some do not allow you to switch regions "quietly" (i.e., without counting against your maximum count, usually 5).
