Hello...

I'm having a problem with the program crashing after opening a disc. Steps that create the crash every time:

Open MakeMKV
Put disc in drive
Open disc - MakeMKV Goes through and analyzes the disc
MakeMKV Displays "Operation successfully completed"
Then a pop-up window appears that says MakeMKV experienced a fatal error and the program closes.
This happens with every disc, but only the first time for each disc. After it crashes, I open the program again (without restarting my computer) and it reads / converts the disc fine. Upon inserting another disc, it crashes at the same point, just after analyzing the disc. Upon restarting the program, it analyzes the disc and converts it just fine. This happens with every disc every time.

I'm using a Core i7 Quad running Windows 7 Professional 64bit with 8GB Ram

Do you get a pop-up window about application crash for makemkvcon.exe ? If not, then if you open a task manager right after the fatal error, do you still see makemkvcon.exe (or makemkvcon64.exe ) running?

I get the same as mbryanr in viewtopic.php?f=1&t=4392.
