Here is a screenshot that appeared about 7 minutes in ... movie might also be edited? Didn't really care that much so I quit watching about 30-minutes in anyway ... but might be worth a scan through after a rip for this or other movies?
Have you ripped the blu-ray to mkv? Are there more than one pissible title available in the selection?
Best is to perform a decrypted backup, open with MakeMKV from the backup the "index" file and view each stream segment from the MPLS (Playlist) to find out which stream segement contains the warning. Check is there are other similar MPLS availabe without the segment with the warning.
