Seem to keep getting this error on this blu ray Lord of the Rings Fellowship of the Ring. (It is an original blu ray disc) Anyone else have the same problem?

Sounds like a physically damaged or dirty disc:

1) Try cleaning the disc

2) Try increasing the number of retries to 5 or more

3) If neither of the above resolves your problem, return the disc to the place of purchase in exchange for another
