Thanks Crofax
I just reported this to Mike as you indicated.
Hope there's a fix for this soon.
REPORT TO MIKE, (via email) THE FOLLOWING:
Hi Mike
My login name is kfreeb on the MKV discussion group.
I'm a registered user, using MKV ver. 1.7.4
I'm having problems with the Smallville, Season 7, Disk three, last two episodes on the third, (last disk) Blu-ray disk for this season, (USA release ISBN 1-4198-7458-6 / Barcode 8392902518)
Here's the Debug Log as well as the clpi & mpls files from the Blu-ray directory.

(Smallville Season 7 Disc 3)
I purchased these disk about two weeks ago from the WB Shop, (online.) There are three Blu-ray disks for season 7.
It would seem that this is not isolated issue with a few bad disk, but rather a possible problem with the third disk, for all copies of third disk, for this particular series, in season 7. I should say that this disk, (all episodes) plays fine in a set top blu-ray player, (including the problem tracks.) There are no imperfections in the surface of the disk.
All of the episodes on disk three, (there are 6 episodes.) The first four titles extracted with no problem, the last two episodes on disk three, (Titles: 04 & 05) would not get pass "Analyzing seamless segments", (this was showing above the top progress bar) it would just stop, saying that it failed to save these 2 titles.
There is also a track that combines all of the episodes for disk three, into one 30GB track (contain all 6 episodes) this is in addition to the separate six files/tracks for each episode. The Debug log will show this as the last track to be extracted, after the first two tracks, (Titles 04 & 05) during the same extraction session. This 30GB track does get pass the "Analyzing seamless segments" and does begin to extract the largest track on the disk. It gets to about were the last two episodes should be on the progress bar and then fails to save this track as well.
It seems that this disk was manufactured differently, (some how) plays fine in a set top player, (all six tracks) but can't be extracted with MakeMKV.
I believe that this was first reported in the Forum back in July of 2010.
