Star Wars Blu-Ray Chapter markers messed up

When ripping the Star Wars Box Set Blu-rays, the chapter markers do not correspond with scene starts/ends (like they do when using Handbrake to rip the DVD versions).

I don't see this problem, and I have all 6 of them ripped. Each movie has 50 chapters, which is quite a lot. Maybe post a mediainfo shot of the chapter list for one of the movies and I can compare?
