7-1 would be a waste of time for a MEL input. You can use 7-2 instead(it works for single input too).

It's important to note that there are two versions of this disc out there. One disc has HDR10 and uses AACS 2.1. The other has Dolby Vision and uses AACS2.0. The most recent steelbook release has AACS 2.0. If you have the AACS2.1 disc, the key may take a long time to show up... It might never show up.
