Re: 2 Disks that timeout during decrypt

I did. It's been awhile, so I don't recall whether I was able to rip it directly with MakeMKV, or if I had to go the intermediate step of copying the disk image with AnyDVD Ripper then use MakeMKV...

Re: Planet Earth II

I had similar errors, a big fight ripping this set. Bought from Amazon, was only able to rip half the titles successfully. Returned for another set and was successful. Not the only time I had to return disks to get workable ones.

Re: 2 Disks that timeout during decrypt

Make that 3 disks. Got a copy of Blade Runner Final Cut from Amazon today. Loaded it up and tried to set up the rip in 1.14.2. It also stuck at exactly the same place, about 25% into "decrypting content000.cer," then starting scsi timeout error messages. Opened the disk in AnyDVD and started ripping...

Re: 2 Disks that timeout during decrypt

Yeah, that did work. Used AnyDVD-HD Ripper to rip to hard drive, then MakeMKV to extract the needed title. Worked for both titles. Still wonder why MakeMKV had all the SCSI timeout issues where AnyDVD read it with no complaints...

2 Disks that timeout during decrypt

I recently purchased (Amazon) The Incredible Hulk and Lucy UHD disks. Been trying to rip them and having no success. During the Decrypt phase, the progress slider gets to about 25%, parsing Content000.cer,and hangs. Ultimately, the drive starts making wronking sounds and gives a scsi hardware error: ...

Re: Star Trek Into Darkness BluRay

Not sure if this is my Bluray drive or what, haven't had issues to this point. But MakeMKV identifies the disk as a DVD, not Blu-Ray, and reports the above (like it can't recognize the BD titles). This on a new replacement BD+DVD disk.

Re: Star Trek Into Darkness BluRay

I'm running on Windows7 Home Premium x64, myself... Looks like MakeMKV thinks the whole Bluray structure is bogus. All I can get is the DVD version off the disc.

Re: Star Trek Into Darkness BluRay

Using 1.8.4, opening the disc throws a lot of errors to the screen, and I ultimately wind up with only the choice of the DVD (7gb) title set. This on the combo DVD+BluRay+digcopy version of the disc. MakeMKV v1.8.4 win(x64-release) started Using direct disc access mode IFO file for VTS #4 is corrupt...
