Re: Feature Request - File Split by Chapter

Brilliant - just what I needed, thanks.

I used "mkvmerge -o ShallWeDancesplit.mkv --split chapters:2 ShallWeDance.mkv" and ended up with two files... ShallWeDancesplit-001.mkv which was that annoying 90 second intro and ShallWeDancesplit-002.mkv which was the rest of the movie in one piece.

Re: Shall We Dance (2004) has unexpected intro

I extracted the Chapter XML with "mkvextract chapters ShallWeDance.mkv -r ShallWeDance.xml" and edited the Chapter 00 to be Hidden and Disabled. I then replaced the existing chapter information with "mkvpropedit ShallWeDance.mkv --chapters ShallWeDance.xml" and verified that the ...

Re: Shall We Dance (2004) has unexpected intro

Thank you - that was helpful and correct. I downloaded mkvtoolnix and had a look with mkvinfo and it clearly showed the first chapter being 1m29s long. I wonder if there is a way to hide that specific chapter in mkvtools? Here's part of the output from mvkinfo... |+ Chapters | + EditionEntry | + Edi...

Shall We Dance (2004) has unexpected intro

I have just taken Shall We Dance (2004) from my 1080p Bluray on MakeMKV 1.9.0 (Windows8) and am finding a 90 second segment at the beginning of the movie when played through Plex Home Theatre which I am not expecting. The first 90 seconds consist of a test screen of vertical broad coloured bands fol...

Re: BD+ code processed but no FUTs were obtained, errors may

I am happy to confirm that 1.9.0 successfully read the BD+ disks that had confused 1.8.14.

I see a "BD+ code processed, got 1 FUT(s) for 1 clip(s)" and the track listing is presented as expected. Thanks Mike.

Re: BD+ code processed but no FUTs were obtained, errors may

Thanks for clarifying that this is a known issue. It occurs on three of the four disks in the Forever Marilyn BD box set too - all except Some Like It Hot.

I will wait for 1.8.15 since I have other BDs to work my way through.
