MakeMKV 1.15.2 Issues

Is anyone else having issues with v1.15.2? I've seen strange things, like the app freezing, not opening discs, or just going really slow. I reverted back to 1.15.1 and all my issues were resolved.

Re: Dolby Vision and 1.15.1

Hello. I've also not been able to play any .ts from the .mkv generated from a DV UHD disc. I have a LG C8, tsMuxeR 11f852a. I tried on WebOS Plex app (doesn't start), Plex on the Fire TV Stick 4K (pops up Dolby Vision but no video). Also, on the internal TV player, there is an error when trying to ...

Re: Dolby Vision and 1.15.1

I've been playing with this for the last 24 hours or so and here are my observations. 1) This is very dependent on the version of tsMuxer. I tried 3 different version and the only one that worked was the one in this post: https://www.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=18602&start=1815#p86634 Lin...

Re: Dolby Vision and 1.15.1

I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong, but when I use tsMuxeR the .ts file that is created doesn't play video. With MPV and VLC I only get audio. My TV will not even play the file. Capture.PNG picture shows my settings. media info General ID : 1 (0x1) Complete name : X:\Movies\Own\1917 (2019)\Featurette...

Re: Frozen 2 4K Blu Ray Correct Segment Map

Hey Everyone, First time posting. Soooo king noob here. I’ve used each version of the movie but each one has a descriptive voiceover that I can’t seem to get rid of. Am I doing something wrong? Any ideas on how to get rid of the voiceover? There is a version without the voiceover, it's the last one...

Netflix segment map matches the Redbox version confirmed above, here are the details:
Disagree!!

I used this version (299.mpls) with a Netflix disc and the scenes jump out of order at the 27 min mark.
299 worked for me as well. Maybe you riped the wrong mpls.

Re: Frozen 2 4K Blu Ray Correct Segment Map

Source file name: 00800.mpls
Segment map: 55,41,56,57,60,58,59

Is correct. I loaded the normal blu ray to see if the segments were similar. I was able to find a difference at 1:33:35. You should see the word "Cast" in the credits.

Re: Frozen II - Correct MPLS?

The singalong is a separate title with the text burned in (since it highlights as each word is sung). On the blu-ray that comes in the 4K UHD pack that I got, they are the following titles: English - 705 Spanish - 706 French - 707 The singalong text is in English on all titles. Only the title openi...

Re: Hardware player for blu ray backup folders

There are a lot of issues with doing a full disk backup. The two biggest are play list obfuscation and cinavia. If you are using an official player, like the oppo, cinavia discs will stop having sound after 20 minutes. If you have an unofficial player, like Kodi, cinavia will not be detected but som...

Re: Hotel Transylvania 3 US retail BD from the UHD combo

Similar issue. I got the 4k UHD disk and there are 4 playlists. 249.mpls 336,337,339,340 250.mpls 336,337,339,341 251.mpls 336,338,339,340 252.mpls 336,338,339,341 on my disc 340 and 341 are the credits. 340 has text while 341 does not. This limits the correct playlist to 249 or 251, but i can not f...
