I was having similar issues today as well. Version 1.14.2 would not open any DVDs I tried. I emailed a log file on that. I downgraded to 1.14.1 and it would open the discs and some would rip okay and some it was telling me it was going to take several hours to finish. First time I ran into the issue...

Same issue here. Avast was deleting the makemkv.exe file immediately upon install with no warning. I had to add an exclusion to allow it to install.

Yes. I looked the disk over and cleaned it for good measure. Ran it again and got the same errors.
