I think Apple changed something with OS X 10.11.6 because I'm getting a ton of rip failures. I installed Java and it didn't work.
I downgraded to MakeMKV 1.9.9 and that fixed the problem.

I sent an email 2 days ago to support@makemkv.com and have heard nothing back. If I don't get my key by Monday, I'm contesting the charge on my card.
