In the log, does MakeMKV mention that it found Java? In the portion visible in your screen shot, it would appear it did not. What happens if you REMOVE the "custom location" information, and let MakeMKV look for Java instead? A proper Java installation should have set variables in the ope...

My Redbox rip was mpls 00405 and the audio was 5.1. I just watched the whole movie and it came out perfect. The Redbox version doesn't have a mpls 886 and no 7.1 as far as I can tell.
