I had a problem decrypting my UHD discs too with MakeMKV 1.12 even though I have the latest keys_hashed text file in the MakeMKV program directory. I'm running Windows 8.1. It turns out I had to place the text file in C:\Users\YourUsername\.MakeMKV and then everything worked correctly. I hope this h...
