I haven't tried 1.4.10 yet, but hopefully it still support extraction of AC3/DTS cores (in the way 1.4.9 does).. I convert my MKV's to M4V/Apple TV, and TrueHD/MTS are useless for me.
Can someone confirm.

MakeMKV feature request - Growl support
Just a small feature request.. Would it be possible to make a future MakeMKV version register with Growl (http://www.growl.info)?
If I could get Growl notifications of completed MakeMKV rips - that would be super cool!
Best regards, and loving your app.

Re: TrueHD
Personally, I am very happy with MakeMKV current approach - extracting core AC3/DTS audio into MKV.
Flac is fine, but it's way too exotic for most players and media extenders out there. I will gladly "live" with the AC3 soundtrack in exchange for the wide compatibility and convenience it gives me.

Re: ETA on BD+ Support?
Hope you guys are making progress on BD+ support!mike admin wrote:Ok, it is much closer to completion now. Please wait
Love the project by the way. Look forward to dropping AnyDVD-HD and doing everything in MacOS. Will gladly become a paying customer once you release v1.0 with BD+!
