I have run into the same issue however I am now getting a fatal error and the program quits so am unable to insert the key. I have uninstalled and installed again and continue to get the fatal error. I am running 13.5.1 as my OS. Ideas?

Launch of application creating file on desktop
Just upgraded to MAC version 1.12.0 and overtime I open the application it creates a file _private_data.tar file on the desktop. What is this and why is it creating it?
