so why not just rip your discs to mkv and be done with it! i don't believe MakeMKV was intended to decrypt for on the fly watching! maybe because you dont always have up to 50GB to spare (also it's just quicker to not have to wait for reading the entire disc). if you want to watch the original disc...

well some makers make it that the distribution of the installers etc is also made over providers like avangate or others and that gets really ugly when you can only download it for like 30 days and after that it's your fault because you didnt buy the "download insurance" which is a stupid concept co...

(TLDR at the bottom) well frankly I can see why some people wouldn't like to pay for software like this. I mean do you guys remember the whole round of chaos with AnyDVD HD? they iirc got hit by courts and revived and after the revival the old customers couldnt really use the newer AnyDVD HD Softwar...

the big problem with this though is that you cant really use the search as "too old" has 2 words of 3 letters each and any words with 3 or less letters get ignored by the search in here apparently.

Applying it can be tricky when you need it, because the program checks the key on start-up; You have to set your system DATE (don't worry about the time) back to a point where the version was current. at least for me (windows) it was no big deal. when I had the message, it had an okay and a registe...
