Just wanted to say thanks. I purchased a couple of the BW-16D1HT drives from Newegg since they're on sale right now, $31 off, and followed the instructions on this post. Both came with 3.03, and I flashed to 3.02 using the winflash method via a usb stick, reading, editing the hex, and erasing/writin...
