Re: Hell or High Water UHD

@corzamoon, FYI, all UHD’s are region free. Also, I’m pretty sure that Independence Day was one of the discs that I had an issue with. I alway try with my LG 1.02 first and if that doesn’t work, I use my LG (asus 3.02) which has worked. I’ve never had to return a disc yet! I’d suggest trying the as...

Aussie X-Men First Class is also giving me the can't be decrypted message. This is also the 2nd disc to be replaced.
Apparently it will be fixed in the next hashed keys update.
Awesome. Hopefully it fixes this disc, and Crouching Tiger. My 2 last discs that I cannot make a backup of.

Re: Hell or High Water UHD

Hi, I'm also having issues with Independence Day. I'm trying to rip the Australian release, but judging by the disc itself, it might be the same release as the one in the US coz of the disc print, and also coz the US release was region free. I've tried 2 different discs now. I got it replaced, but s...

Re: UHD drives

The most available drive for us Ozzie's is the LG BH16NS55 , which works perfectly for UHD (on firmware 1.02) and is generally cheaper than the ASUS and is available at most PC Parts shops. I'm in VIC and have 2 of these drives. 1 is on LG firmware 1.02 and the other I cross-flashed to ASUS 3.02. G...

Re: UHD drives

Okay, so it seems quite complicated when it comes to finding the right drive that always works? I'm in Australia and the only drive from the OP list locally is the ASUS BW-16D1HT-PRO. Who has had good luck with this drive? If it does have the incorrect firmware, are there easy ways to get it to the ...

Re: UHD drives

I'm sure everyone keeps asking the same questions over and over again... I apologize in advance. I'm in Australia. The only drive I could find locally is "ASUS BW-16D1HT-Pro". I have seen a few posts that say that it worked, and some that say it didn't work, so just wondering if this Pro edition of ...
