Re: John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum
I bought the 4k/1080p retail version today. I'm not sure if the titles that are (main feature) are correct. I seem to have very different playlists than other people. I'm most cases in the past the Main Feature listed one is correct. Can anyone confirm this? http://imgur.com/gallery/mgNTLCo Betting...

Re: Bad DVD
Well it plays just fine in my bluray player. From what I was told, MakeMKV requires a perfect disk in order to rip it. Who says Nero does in order to burn it?

Bad DVD
I have 1 DVD that gets about 95% done and then fails with a medium error(disk read error). This happened with both MakeMKV and DVDfab. Is it possible to burn the DVD and then try ripping the burned copy? Or do you think it will give the same error? There are no visible scratches, it's a brand new di...
Re: HDR10+
That's good enough for me. I don't care about DV anyway because Samsung doesn't support it. The people on the PLEX forum assured me it will be no issue on that end. Thank you for the help

Re: Alien 40th Anniversary not recognised
I had this happen on 2 of the UHD movies out of the 50+ I own. It was explained to me that sometimes there are manufacturing issues with disks. Bad press or mastering issue ect. If it's not too late, return the movie to the retailer and tell them you want to exchange it for the same thing since you ...
HDR10+
Warner brothers has confirmed that they will later this year start putting HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Visions HDR types on their disks(all 3 on every movie). My question is, can MakeMKV rip the Dynamic HDR types? If so I'm pretty sure PLEX will be able to play them no issues. I know Samsung said it wi...

Re: MakeMKV CONSTANTLY crashes
I also checked the event viewer and found nothing meaningful, or even related to MakeMKV. BTW, the drive I have is a UHD friendly (1.02 firmware) ASUS BW-16D1HT. For the ASUS BW-16D1HT the proper firmware is 3.0. Or you can use any of the MK revised firmware on here. I have the same model number dr...

Need help understanding which chapters to choose
I am trying to rip the Dragon Ball box set. The first disc was easy, just like a movie, there was one big file that obviously held all of the episodes. But to my dismay, I move onto disc 2 and all of the chapters are split up and I have no idea how to rip this properly. Any idea on what to do?

I dont wana say that my other issues are from the MakeMkV program, but im tempted to try other programs. you can try wh16ns60 1.00 or mk 1...

Re: Cant Rip certain discs
Yes I was successfully able to use the tools provided here to flash 3.02 but Im still having the same issues(drive makes grinding noise with some triple layer discs), although this time it actually made a dump file but I don't know where to send it. I also couldn't find this supposedly working 3.10...
