Fantastic! That's going to make a lot of people happy for sure. A good one to test on is Incredibles 2. Will try to get to it later today if no one else has gotten to it yet. How did Incredibles 2 come out? I know you didn't ask me, and I haven't re-ripped my Incredibles 2 either, but I can confirm...

I've got "Ralph Breaks the Internet", I can make a test dump of that.

I'll also try to provide a sample of good/bad video clip across a break, like mike requested a few comments ago.

From what i have been reading on the kodi forums. The issue is with ffmpeg’s max bitrate cap for truehd/atmos. Currently 10Mbit and the truehd spec is max 18Mbit. I also have dropouts in Incredibles 2. There's a dropout in Ralph Breaks the Internet that confuses my player/receiver so badly that I have to stop and restart before audio comes back at all.
