So after playing my mkv files in VLC instead of windows default Movies & TV app, they worked just fine. Thank you for your assistance.

I have recently tried to rip 2 different Blu-Ray movies and both times the movies have copied with a foreign language by default. After turning off all other language audio options except for English, the rip has no audio at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
