I just purchased a license key. Usually, with digital product purchases, I'm used to getting an email almost immediately with the digital asset. But that hasn't happened yet. How long does it usually take to get the email with the license key?

I've read the UHD thread about this, but I can't get the blu ray to rip. Failed to open disc. I would love very clear instructions on what to do next please. Thanks.
