Yes, I made a backup of the entire disk to my harddrive. Sorry. I should have been clearer with my terminology.

For anyone still trying to rip the Masterpiece Sanditon blu ray, I was able to figure out the correct mpls files by ripping the full disk. I then went to the BDMV->STREAM folder and played those files with VLC player to determine the correct segment order. For each disc, three episodes were only one...
