What is it about a demuxed mkv rip that this tool doesn't like? Do you think it might be possible in the future? Also would be my question, since Dolby's mp4muxer works perfectly (well at least mp4muxer_64bit.exe works) with extracted bl, el tracks from mkv-files. Watched couple of DV movies on LG ...
